Cullen Wines and Tura New Music are proud to present ‘A Touch of the Kimberley in Margaret River’ to celebrate Tura’s 30th anniversary, and as a fundraiser for Tura’s multi award winning Regional Program in Northern Australia. Founded in 1987, Tura New Music Limited is the producer, resource centre and advocate for new music across the state of Western Australia, with a strong and proud history of cultural development.
‘A Touch of the Kimberley in Margaret River’ is the concert culmination of the Regional Program, featuring Indigenous icon Stephen Pigram, didgeridoo virtuoso Mark Atkins, and members of the Narli Ensemble, Stephen Magnusson (guitar), Tristen Parr (cello) and Tura’s Artistic Director Tos Mahoney (flute). Together they will create a wonderful feast of contemporary, classical, country, jazz and traditional music for your enjoyment.
